  • Enrollment - How many Undergraduate students attend your school?
  • Student Demographics - Numbers. Ethnicity, gender (male and female)
  • On campus Housing - Yes or no
  • Campus Calendar - Fall, Winter, Spring = Quarter / Fall and Spring = Semester
  • Test required for Admission – SAT, ACT, essays
  • Minimum Requirements for Admission – GPA (Grade Point Average), Test Scores, ranking at HS
  • Student Faculty Ratio – How many students to how many teachers

Fill out as much as you can.

7th graders - make sure you sketch out your logo, name, nickname of your school . A good idea would be to go to your school website and click on "Athletics". Make sure you make note of your schools colors.

8th graders - you have two handouts to work with. The original "college research worksheet" and your "Banner worksheet". Tip: place your information on a PowerPoint or word document. Make sure you format correctly.

Tutoring after school Thursday... we'll meet in the Library... not room 12.

Computer Lab - 7th Grade

  1. Turn your grade check into the black tray
  2. Pick up a sheet of brown paper
  3. Pick up a tutorial for Thursday

Staple your papers in this order
  1. College research paper on top
  2. then your College Vocab Squares
  3. then your brown paper

The brown paper will be used to sketch out your logo, school colors and any other notes you need for your pennant.

Hispanic Heritage Month



The students created Loteria Cards for Hispanic Heritage Month. We had Idea Boards that the students added to every Period. The lesson took exactly 35 minutes from start to finish.

School Supplies

It's that time again...

Supplies needed for BMS students
  • 3 Ring Binder - no smaller than two inches, three is ideal.
  • Dividers - at least 5-7 dividers for the binder.
  • Three Hole Pencil Pouch - to be placed in the binder
  • Pencils - I recommend mechanical.
  • Pens - Blue or black
  • Eraser
  • Small pack of color pencils (suggested)
  • Glue stick (suggested)
  • Spiral Notebook - no less than 70 sheets, wide or college ruled (needed for AVID class)
